How do I switch between hours and minutes on the Solopad controller?

Press the Hr/Min button to switch this setting. When in the minutes setting, there will be a blinking light in bottom right corner of timer window. The hour setting is only available when the intensity is set to 6 or above.

How do I clean the Solopad?

You should always use a fitted Bamboo Carbon or Celliant Solopad cover to keep it clean during use. When unplugged, the Solopad® may be wiped down with a damp cloth or an all-natural disinfectant. The Sunlighten Natural Sauna Cleaner is an effective, natural, and non-toxic cleaner that can be used on the SoloPad. For tougher stains, using a mixture of baking soda and water or vinegar and water can be an effective solution.<....

Why isn’t my Solo heating after setting the intensity level?

Both the intensity level and the timer must be set for the heaters to turn on.
